Fitness: why is it important?

It has been few days sines i posted anything as i was so caught up in my own life....i am a fashion designer by profession..and tis job can be tough becuase you have to deal with not only your boss but their customers as well........So how do you deal with yor stress..when i am nagry i usually workout to blow the steam off...it makes me forget and think about myself for a little while....so whether your a mom or a women who is working..we all have our days when we just want to be left alone......here are few links which can help you take a step back and relax.....because thinking with a clear head is better than having your mind overcrowded boiling with anger.......http://www.stressmanagementtips.com/exercises.htm
