Lose weight after pregnancy

One of the major issues faced by most women, is the fact that it becomes very difficult for them to lose weight after pregnancy. Most articles and magazines give you basic advice like increasing only 300 calories in your diet but they never mention what sort of food or diet plan you should follow. Most women eat the crappiest foods out there, which is not rich in the right nutrients and causes your bones and health to become worse after some time.

Some might even tell you that an over weight women should gain 8 pouns while an under weight might gain 28 pounds. But we still go back to our main question, that is how to lose weight after pregnancy. Firstly stop making excuses to eat extra food, saying stuff like i crave ice cream today or i want burger today. Because guess what you will gain more weight than expected. And secondly stop acting like a drama queen and move around a bit instead of sitting the whole day. Its better to eat fruits, grains or oatmeal if you want that extra amount of calorie.

Lastly remember that ebing active will help you lose weight after pregnancy more easily. So go out for a walk or do a little swimming. I will also keep you posted with some exercises that you can do while expecting so that you remain fit and strong all times.
